4 months ago I decided to start the journey of getting healthy. Before I started I wouldn’t take pictures of myself or would hide if I had to be in one. In the beginning the goal was to lose weight.
As each month came I started to feel stronger and gain more confidence that I didn’t realize I was missing. 2 1/2 months into the process I decided to buy new clothes for the first time. I grabbed a pair of pants in the size I was hoping to be in. As I put those pants on I was overcome with emotion. – they fit! Thanks to Ty’s training I am happier, healthier, and learning to be the best me. I am down 2 full pant sizes and can feel a difference not only in my energy level, sleeping habits, but how I handle stress as well. Thank you Ty for helping me with this journey. I am excited to continue to get stronger!

Tyler
Before I started training with Tyler, I was unmotivated to go to the gym. When I did go, I would go with no plan and just do random workouts. During the program, Tyler gave me specific workouts to do and it really helped me go into the gym with a plan of what I was going to do.
I started seeing results after a couple weeks. I started to feel more motivated to go to the gym. I started feeling better about myself. I didn’t look in the mirror and feel disappointed about where I was. I started to think of myself in a more positive way. Tyler has really helped me be noticed and focused in the gym.

Before I started training with Tyler, I actually had a different trainer and I saw no results. In fact I saw the opposite of what I wanted and was gaining weight.
Before Tyler took me on as a client I had a 42.7% body fat, I was pre diabetic, had high cholesterol and high blood pressure. Within 5 months of training with Tyler I met with a doctor and was no longer prediabetic, my cholesterol and blood pressure was down to a healthy level. Within 7 months of training with Tyler I was down to 33.7% body fat. This has been a lot of hard work for me but Tyler made it a little easier with a good workout program, helping me understand what I should be eating and being a friend along the way. Not only have I seen tons of change physically, I also saw a change mentally, I no longer struggle with depression. Tyler has not only saved my life (honestly my blood work and body measurements can prove it.) but gave me a life worth living.
